F95zone Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the f95zone platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the f95zone platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the f95zone platform in Malaysia, including registered users and visitors browsing the website. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to use this platform. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. f95zone reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time and to suspend an account where deliberate inaccuracies are found.
Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
F95zone reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that could harm other users or the platform itself.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be permitted to register again. Any balance remaining in an account closed for fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Account closure upon a user's own request is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
F95zone users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or damaging to the reputation of the platform or other users.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with any third party.
- Taking any action intended to defraud the platform's payment or gaming systems.
F95zone reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate these rules, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on f95zone are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them. Deposits from third-party cards or accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals will be processed to the account or eWallet registered under the user's name only. f95zone is not liable for delays caused by the user's bank or eWallet provider. Processing times stated are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method used.
Transaction Terms
All transactions are final once confirmed by the system. Users are advised to review the details of each transaction before confirming. Should there be any discrepancy or error in a transaction record, users must contact customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.
F95zone reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal currently under investigation for suspicious activity. The investigation will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe, and the user will be informed of the outcome.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
F95zone is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Intellectual Property
All content on the f95zone platform — including logos, text, designs, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of f95zone or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. f95zone is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party site they visit.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
F95zone reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process. Users agree that all communications relating to f95zone services will be conducted in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
